1. Agreement & Acceptance
By engaging with satex.fun (hereafter the "Platform", "Hub", or "SATEX Games"), you explicitly validate and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you categorically disagree with any isolated clause within these stipulations, you are prohibited from utilizing or deploying our network resources.
2. Platform Usage & Licensing
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and ingest the gaming interfaces provided. This license explicitly voids any permission to reverse-engineer, modify, duplicate, publicly display for profit, or attempt malicious infrastructural overrides against our databases or game instances.
Games hosted via externally partnered iframes remain the intellectual property of their respective creator entities / publishers. SATEX Games acts strictly as a curation aggregation terminal for these assets.
3. Social Hub Governance
Utilization of our "Social Hub" features (Global Chat, DMs, Feed integration) mandates rigid behavioral standards. Toxicity, harassment, illegal propagation, spam architectures, and predatory communicative behaviors will trigger an immediate, non-reversible account termination sequence. We actively monitor social matrices to protect our player-base integrity.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
All interactive components are projected "as is" and "as available". SATEX Games strips itself of any liability concerning unexpected save-state losses, temporary latency strikes, or infrastructural downtimes. The engagement risk remains fundamentally tied to the user.
